When to use custom prompts

Use Custom Prompt mode when a preset style is not enough or when you need specific edits. Good prompts mention the desired change, the parts of the room to preserve, and any materials or colors that matter.

Prompt structure

Keep prompts specific and short. Describe the result, not the implementation.

  • Good: 'Turn this into a warm Japandi living room with light oak furniture, cream textiles, and soft natural lighting.'
  • Good: 'Preserve the windows and flooring. Replace the sofa and rug with a modern coastal look.'
  • Avoid: long lists of conflicting styles or vague phrases such as 'make it better.'
