Access rules
Editor access is based on active subscription, trial, or eligible grace-period status. If you cannot access the editor, check the Billing page first.
Cancellation
The Billing page includes cancellation controls when your account has an active, trialing, or past-due subscription. Cancellation is scheduled through the billing flow and access can continue until the shown period end where applicable.
Refund policy
StagePro's legal page states that transactions are final and non-refundable. Review the legal terms for the authoritative policy.
