What to check when billing or credit status looks wrong.

First checks
Refresh the Billing page and confirm the account email is the one used at checkout. If the subscription status is past due, update your payment method from the billing controls.
When to contact support
Contact support if checkout completed but your plan or credits do not update after refreshing, or if a payment failed and you cannot open the billing portal.

Refresh billing
Open the Billing page and refresh the browser.

Confirm account email
Make sure you are logged in with the same email used for checkout.

Contact support
Use the contact flow and include the account email and a short description of the billing issue.
