Common causes
Generation can fail because of network interruptions, invalid inputs, service errors, very large files, expired access, or insufficient credits.
What to try
Use a smaller or clearer input, reduce optional complexity, and try again.
- Refresh the page and confirm you are still logged in.
- Check Billing for active access and available credits.
- Try a simpler prompt and one workflow at a time.
- If a 3D World is polling for a long time, wait a few minutes before retrying.
