Image upload issues
Fix common problems when a room or reference image will not upload.

Check the file
Use a standard image file and avoid unsupported formats.
- Try JPG, PNG, or WebP.
- Avoid PDFs, HEIC files, design files, and screenshots with heavy UI overlays.
- Rename files with simple letters and numbers if the filename contains unusual characters.
Check the browser
Refresh the page, try the upload again, and confirm your connection is stable. If the problem continues, try another modern browser and contact support with the file type and workflow you were using.
